Opgraderet service

Generelt et stilrigt brand. Jeg har tidligere brokket mig lidt over deres customer service, men den er blevet virkelig meget bedre.

Skulle for nylig betale ekstra told pga. de nye toldlovgivninger, skrev til Golfwang og fik refunderet det hele nemt og hurtig! Fed oplevelse

Never again

I made a purchase on 4/30/25, two mystery hats. I made this purchase after looking at the hats they offer and decided is be alright with any two. Took nearly three weeks for hats to ship. Arrived 5/22/25. Two hats came, but neither were on the website.

Super Disappointing.

Between the slow AF shipping and being misled, I won't be buying from them again. Regret not reading these reviews First.

Fantastic!

I ordered my item on the 2nd of May 2025, there was absolutely no problems whatsoever it says it can take up to 8 weeks for UK orders to be delivered but it arrived on the 12th of May there was no damage or additional shipping fees and I would definitely order from the app again.

Absolute scam of a business

Absolute scam of a business. Avoid at all costs. Allowed me to order some trainers from the USA but unfortunately the sizing didn't work out for my son. Happily returned them at my cost and with the understanding I'd get a credit note to order some new items. They issued a credit note in dollars to use on their US only website. Customer services have been shocking to say the least. Simple resolution to reissue credit note for UK site. Faceless robbing business

Placed an order 12/3/24

Placed an order 12/3/24, was a Christmas gift, never shipped, never got any tracking info and now they claim that it arrived Feb 3. I don't live where stuff gets stolen. I'll never order from them again. It's been nothing but trouble since the start.

Horrible store absolutely Horrible. I ordered a limited addition Tyler, the creator Hoodie, poster, and CD. However it's been well over two months maybe even three and yet I still have no tracking number, it remains just "placed". This company just takes your money and never gives you the stuff. That package was supposed to be a Christmas present to me but it's well past Christmas (February 2 2025) and I don't have it. It's a shame that Tyler's company does this considering he's a good artists but this is ridiculous and a waste of money and time. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND!

Terrible Customer Service and Lost My Sentimental Item

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Golf Wang. They managed to lose my package, which contained the special edition of Chromakopia, an album that holds immense sentimental value to me. When I reached out for assistance, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling me to “be patient.”

I even asked for a compromise, clearly stating that I did not want a refund but something else to make up for the loss. Despite this, they refused to take my concerns seriously or offer any kind of resolution. This lack of care and professionalism showed me that they do not value their customers.

It’s incredibly disheartening to see such poor service from a company that is supposed to represent Tyler, the Creator, an artist known for his creativity and dedication to his fans. I would not recommend ordering from Golf Wang, especially if you value your time, money, or sentimental items. They’ve let me down in ways I didn’t think possible.

What a joke of a company

What a joke of a company. Bought a Lewis Hamilton top and hat in the first 5mins of release, waited 2 months, and when I inquired about when I should expect it they cancelled my order with the excuse that it’s out of stock, while my friend who bought it hours after me got his. Never buying anything from them again.

This company is an absolute jokke

This company is an absolute joke. They happily take your money but fail to deliver on their promises or even the most basic standards of customer service. Orders don’t arrive, and their so-called “support” team offers nothing but excuses, shifting blame to everyone but themselves.

They make misleading claims about their terms and conditions, refuse to take accountability when things go wrong, and leave customers completely in the dark. Their approach to business is careless, unprofessional, and downright insulting.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this disaster of a company. They are not worth your time or money.

Ordered a hoodie on Oct 29, given only lies from customer support when asking for support

Ordered a hoodie on Oct 29 and never received. I contacted Customer service on Nov 11th, they responded on Nov 12th, by saying that my order was "estimated" to ship on Nov 15th.

On Nov 25th, I had not received my order, so I reached out to customer service again. On Nov 26th they said my order was in "pre-shipment" and asked me to "Please prepare for longer than normal shipping times with UPS", but they did not yet ship it out, so what does that mean?

On Dec 14th, I reached out again and said that it has been too long that my order was in "pre-shipment" and needs to be sent asap. They said:
Unfortunately there was an issue with fulfillment and we are working on getting your order shipped ASAP! We sincerely apologize for this shipping delay. You will receive tracking to your email once it becomes available. Your order is estimated to ship out by the end of next week!"

It has been a week and I have had no updates from customer service, they have not updated UPS, and have not sent anything from my order.

It should not take this long and they have wasted a ton of my time. I would never recommend shopping at this site, and I would call them a scam because they took my money and lied about shipping.

Never again

Never again. Bought several Christmas presents on Dec 9, 2024 and they still haven’t even shipped. At what point do you just demand a refund? Do these products actually exist?? Customer service is terrible and just tells you the same thing over and over again - and it’s long past the 5-10 business days for order processing. They certainly took my money immediately, though!!

be very careful.

ordered a shirt and poster from the recent album release. spent over 100. they shipped part of the order and I've never seen the shirt. their customer service frequently says to wait two weeks.

it's been months.

edit: it arrived today, after 2 months. I upgraded the score to 3 stars. miscommunication and long delay.

Their customer service is AWFUL

Their customer service is AWFUL. I spent $486 on a jacket on November 16th. As of today it still had not even shipped yet I bought something else 2 weeks ago that did. All my emails got the same stock emails returned. I filed a complaint through shopify. Golf Wangs response was to cancel and refund my order with NO explanation. This was my sons main Christmas gift and now 5 days before Christmas I will be scrambling to find him a replacement. I hate this company with all my being and would give it half a star if I could. If their customer service matched their products it would be so much better. I am done with them.

Will never order from here again

Will never order from here again. Placed my order on 27th November to be shipped from the USA to the UK. Told to wait 8-10 days for order to be picked as they have a very small team in the warehouse. Then up to 8 weeks for delivery.The order status never changed from 'order confirmed' after this waiting time. Ordered a puffer jacket for my daughters Christmas present. Today I received an email saying "refund notification". Why ? I didnt ask for one. Why take my payment if you can't fulfill my order? I was happy to wait. Why not ask me first before cancelling?Now I'm going to have to break the news to my daughter that it's not coming at all. Her birthday is in January so this would have been her gift if it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointed as a 1st time customer. They should pay for more staff and have the option to preorder that way they can ensure that they have enough stock to fulfill the backorder.

Horrific customer Service

I ordered a shirt and immediately after I realized it was the incorrect color. The only way to contact them is by email which takes more than 2 days to get a reply. They sent a reply that if the shirt is shipped they can't change the order. The order states shipped, but UPS has never received it yet. If they had a phone to call customer service the color could have been changed immediately. Its a shame it is a present for a teenager and they will now be so disappointed. Terrible customer service.
