I've changed my cellphone, then I couldn't use Goodnotes and forgot to subscribe it. I asked customer center if I can get a refund, I got a quick reply and got a refund quickly.

The support from the GoodNotes team was extremely helpful.
I had been struggling with this issue for a long time, and I sincerely appreciate the kind guidance and dedication to solving it.
All responses were fast, accurate, and clear.

App completamente buggata. Non vale assolutamente la pena pagare i soldi per un'applicazione del genere. Si blocca in continuazione, se copio e incollo il testo mi cambia l'ordine delle parole, in più è veramente lenta. Sono stufa e ho completamente sbagliato a utilizzarla. Mai più.

Support team working so fast, I'm expecting to get reply in 2-3 business day, but everything got resolved real fast after 3-4 back and forth email

My query was attended to during the weekend, the reply was quick (considering Time Zones) , clear, to the point and of course very friendly.

Goodnotes has such a wonderful troubleshooting/support team. Any time I have an issue that isn't already listed on their website, they are a delight to work with and always so professional.

I had issue with using two different account, and the support team was about to help me get this resolved.

Eigentlich cooles Programm, aber...
- Dokumente laden viel zu langsam (manchmal Ewigkeiten)
- Dokumente durchzuscrollen ist das Gegenteil von Smooth
- bearbeitete Dokumente können nicht exportiert werden, bzw. nur fehlerhaft/unvollständig
- die App hat auch mal Tage da hilft nur ein Neustart des Geräts, um überhaupt die App zu öffnen
- gespeicherter Inhalt kann verloren gehen ohne ersichtlichen Grund

Ich benutze ein Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE.

Seit dem neuen Update praktisch nicht mehr nutzbar. Teilweise speichert Good Notes meine beschriebenen Seiten nicht mehr, mein Finger wird als Stift erkannt und die einfachsten Funktionen funktionieren nicht mehr. Für eine App, für die man Geld bezahlen soll, ist das schon eine schwache Leistung. Vorallem weil Mitbewerber teilweise kostenlos ein deutlich besseres Ergebnis bringen.

Well, I do appreciate your work/help on my behalf. Thsnks, buuttt…does Goodnotes 5 work with Catalina 10.15? I got GN5 to successfully download & run…don’t ask me how, because I really do not know. I am not sure if I should asking these things here but since I got such a GOOD RESPONSE from you I thought maybe some one somewhere in GN actually reads these replies…who knows. Thanks

I got a reply within a couple of hours after submitting my request/issue.
The description of all the steps that I had to take was properly written so even a novice in different devices could find them.
The issue was resolved quite quickly and I really appreciated the speed as well as quality of it all
