Goodnotes Avis 133

Moin, wir nutzen Goodnotes jetzt seit 3 Jahren in der Schule. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden damit aber im Moment geht diese App mir nur auf die Nerven!
Seit ungefähr 4 Wochen nun, spinnt die App total. Einige Texte die ich geschrieben habe sind einfach weg/löschen sich von selbst, Hefter können nicht aufgerufen werden, und wenn sie geöffnet werden können werden mir ewig nur weiße Blätter angezeigt, beim Verschieben von Textelementen verschiebt sich alles, einige Buchstaben lassen sich weder verschieben, weg radieren oder löschen, und vieles vieles mehr. Dieses Problem plagt nicht nur mich sondern auch meine Klassenkameraden. Wir haben nicht dieses Geld dafür bezahlt, das die App nicht funktioniert und buggt. Ich hoffe das wird jetzt mal endlich bearbeitet. 😠

Inakzeptabel schlechte Performance. Die Erfahrung wird stark gestört durch Verzögerung beim Scrollen, Zoomen oder Bearbeiten von Dokumenten.

Worst app ever and I regret having purchased this big times. I cannot use the eraser, my data is set-back / erased when I restart the app - if you think about buying this app, rethink again and stick to paper and pen - trust me, that is more rewarding than this scam! Oh and support - you get every once in a while a reply that your case has been "escalated"..doesn't change a thing other than they leave you in the imagination that they take your problem serious, but an auto-reply has more value than that (if it isn't an auto-reply to begin with)...

Zwei mal in Zwei Jahren Daten durch schlechten ICloud Sync verloren. Kundenservice antwortet nicht.

lost all my poems and literary work after an update, all i see is an option to pay plastered on the screen when I first login. If you can't even keep my files safe, I am not giving you or trusting you with my money, nor will I find you worthy of a buy.

Wenn es funktioniert, dann war es für den Schulgebrauch in Ordnung. Leider müssen wir jeden Monat ein Update auf dem iPAD machen. Danach ging die Anmeldung nicht. Wir habe alle Schritte in der Beschreibung durchgeführt (nicht einfach für einen Laien oder ein Kind). Support antwortet seit drei Monaten nicht. Sollen wir jetzt nach jedem Update ein Abo abschliessen/kaufen? Sehr schlecht von Goodsnotes!

Warnung! Angeblich kostenloses Probeabo ließ sich nicht kündigen. PayPal hat Geld eingezogen und leistet keinen Ersatz. Für mich ist die Software absolut unbrauchbar.

Goodnotes ist eigentlich eine sehr gute App.Aber ab und zu spackt Goodnotes einfach herum und friert ein.Ich bin enttäuscht.Man muss die App immer wieder aufs Neue öffnen und schließen.Ich hoffe es wird bald besser.:).Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut!!Kostet viel zu viel.

No response from support, avoid

This app is a big scam and should be reported and removed from the App Store. They force us every year to upgrade to newer version and pay lifetime license again and again. Now they force users to create accounts to collect their personal data and notes. My notes are private and I don't want to give them to you. I don't turst you.

Ottima l’applicazione per quanto riguarda il funzionamento. Grossa pecca l’ultimo aggiornamento, ho perso tutti i dati sull’ iPad quando si sono accavallati due dispositivi diversi (telefono e tablet), inoltre comprai l’applicazione ancora due anni fa dove mi era stato detto che ci sarebbe stato solo un pagamento una tantum, ossia solo una volta. A distanza di due anni mi ritrovo a dover fare un ulteriore acquisto per passare all’aggiornamento successivo, per carità non stiamo parlando di cifre esorbitanti però basta specificare che gli aggiornamenti futuri potrebbero essere a pagamento, in questo vedo poca trasparenza. Ci tengo comunque a sottolineare che a livello di applicazione mi trovo benissimo per il tipo di lavoro che devo fare come consulente.

Paid 10€99 a few weeks ago to unlock the full feature app, and now it has un update saying I have to pay either 10€ a year or 32€99. Really shady.
Reported to the app store, we'll see.

The whole community seems really upset by this, and they justify it for the engineering of new AI gimmicks that will be useful to a fraction of their customers ? Come on.
