Absolutely amazing product! I’ve been buying similar items from supermarkets for years and this product is way better. Small issue with my first delivery which was kindly rectified within a day. Amazing product and great customer service. Will definitely be reordering again!

This product is absolutely delicious…
This product is absolutely delicious and healthy. The company delivers quickly and the packaging is efficient. I can’t recommend enough! The fiery one is my favourite although they are all wonderful!

Amazing Product, Amazing Service
Always a pleasure to order from this company. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone if they were after amazing quality sauerkraut. The only negative if there is one is that I would love them to make some delicious Kimchi as I would love to try their version. Tried some recently which was from a newly opened Asian grocery store by me but when read the ingredient list it contained MSG which really put me off. I know I could make it myself but I don’t think it would be any good!
Jars come superbly packaged too no breakages and no issues. Fantastic company and service.

We're so glad you love the kraut and as for the kimchi...all we’ll say is if kimchi had ears, they might be burning right now! Took weeks to get to us and tasted awful
Took weeks to get to us. Tasted awful when it arrived, we used to buy this all the time out of our local shop and it was lovely but this is the second order we’ve done since it stopped being stocked in our local shop and was so disappointed AGAIN. The first order it came damaged/burst/broken/leaking and customer service took a good while to reply and deal with issue. Thought we would give it another go and the second most recent order took far too long and didn’t taste right at all. I think both jars are off. Not edible.
Sadly will not be ordering again, will look for alternative,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I’m sorry that your experience hasn’t met expectations.
I’d like to clarify the delivery timeline, as there may be some understandable confusion. Your order was placed on the evening of 29 December and was delivered on 8 January. Due to the New Year period, 1–4 January were non-working days, meaning your order arrived within 6 working days, during one of the busiest holiday periods of the year.
Additionally, deliveries to remote Highland locations can occasionally take a little longer than mainland UK services, particularly at peak times, which while frustrating, is outside of our control once parcels are with the courier.
That said, this is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. We’d be very happy to arrange replacement jars, please contact us directly so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
