Good Nude Food Avis 

Still waiting to hear from you about a replacement jar. My order arrived a week ago and I've emailed twice including pictures of the broken jar and have yet to hear back from you about a replacement. So sad as this has happened on several occasions now. The sauerkraut itself is delicious and highly recommended but packaging needs sorting out.

Still awful, please avoid at all costs. Their customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced.

The Superkraut is sooooo delicious, it's one of my absolute favourite foods now ❤️ I also think the subscription package is really great value, and it arrived well packaged, with good delivery that had clear updates and tracking

I have been using this company for two years and their customer service is terrible. They are late at getting back to you. I had a bottle smashed on delivery, told them what they can do but still waiting a response. I have also asked to cancel my subscription many time but they just keep ignoring the request and i am not sure how to cancel it.

I love your product but your communication is absolutely terrible. I have sent emails to you to cancel / delay orders and the order still arrives and I am charged for it. There seems no effective way of communicating with you! I am contemplating canceling any payments requested from you through my bank as I just can't reach you

Love the Good Nude Food sauerkraut. It’s great for my gut.

Absolutely delicious & frankly the best live sauerkraut available. I almost didn't bother trying it as I don't like the taste of the other brands plain old cabbage. Lured in by the turmeric & ginger in my old local store, I gave it a go & was instantly converted.

I get through a whole jar of this every few days as it's wonderful on absolutely EVERYTHING! Tarting up a pizza, pasta, whatever & I throw loads on salads, no longer bothering with dressings as this is so tasty it's a dressing on it's own.

Then I moved rurally, no healthfood stores nearby so I wanted to do an online order but was concerned by reviews on here stating issues with packaging & delivery. I contacted GNF with my concerns & they told me the problematic third party distributor had been sacked & they've brought delivery back in house. My delivery arrived with a courier the morning after despatch & was carefully packaged with very thick cooling padding tightly packed around each of the jars, so they couldn't move around. So I'm very happy with delivery & I finally got round to trying the firekraut & the supergreens too & omg they didn't disappoint! A spoonful of firekraut elevates cheese & bacon toasties to a whole other level! Just sublime! Thank you Good Nude Food for providing us with TASTY kraut & an excellent, fast home delivery service.

Hi, really disappointed in the customer service from this company. I have used them before and was happy, but this time my order was missing half of the items, I ordered and paid for six jars and only received three. I emailed the published email address as soon as I opened the package to let them know, but didn't get a reply. I have since emailed twice more and used the form on their website to ask them to send me the remaining items and have not had a single acknowledgement. I do not want any money back, just the missing items

Very bad customer service. They refused to answer my email and billed me twice even after sending several emails. They won’t respond to cancellation of my subscription. I’m really gutted by this company behaviour whom I’ve been with for years now.

The products arrived but the box was wet as 1 jar had the lid not as secure but otherwise the order process was good

Great tasting product made in scotland my order was processed and delivered quickly with a minimum of fuss.

The product is EXCELLENT, unfortunate problems with delivery appear to be more or less resolved. 4* rather than 5* reflect the fact that payment is taken before goods despatched.

Nude food makes delicious saukraut at a reasonable price. I bought lots for my family and they then ordered their own! I highly recommend.

OK so bought all 3 flavours and opened the firecracker first. Beautiful flavours and really will go great with burgers, chicken, nachos. Really flavourful. Only reason not given 5 stars is that expiry is July this year so I'm going to have to rush eating through this. I am looking forward to trying the other 2.
