I have been purchasing from Good State for 4 years. Their Ionic copper has absolutely saved my life.

I have tried every copper supplement and NOTHING worked—-even the very expensive nano-partical copper.

Good State is the only product that works.

I had non detectable levels of
copper and very little ceruloplasm in my body.

I had no feeling below my chest area. I couldn’t walk and was literally almost dead.
Every system was shutting down.

Cleveland Clinic Foundation in conjunction with Mayo Clinic diagnosed me.

I found Good State online, and in one month at the maximum dosage, my copper had increase by 90 points. (I can’t remember the units of measurement that is used). I faithfully mix it in Gatorade (best drink I’ve found to mix it in) daily after a full meal.

I can walk again!!!

I have recovered about 90% of feeling in my body. It is a slow process for the neurons to grow back…. But, praise God, I am getting better every day. I’ll be 100% before long.

I have been using Good State for quite a few years now and never had a problem up until my last order.
I ordered 8 plastic bottle, when they arrived they were glass bottles and one of them had broken, hence why I always order the plastic bottles.
I have since written to the company 4 times to see what solution they will hive and i have heard absolutely nothing back from them. NO acknowledgement whatsoever.
This is shocking customer service.

The worst customer service. Absolutely no response from them, despite contacting them by email and on their chat.

I have been purchasing ionic minerals from Good State for at least 8 years now. They really have unique and excellent formulas. And I have always received excellent customer service from them. Their company has recently gone through some growing pains and a reshuffling of employees. As such, shipments have not been sent in a timely manner. And even customer service emails haven’t been answered. However, a phone call made all the difference. My shipment that had been stalled was sent right away. And I was given some compensation for having my patience tried. Which really was the right thing to do. I really do believe in this company and it’s products and so I will have patience with them as they re-organize. I highly recommend you give them a call if you need to communicate with them before you just blast them with a one star review. They don’t deserve that. They are working hard toward getting back to the great customer care that I have always come to know with them. I love their products and I will always be a customer.

Ive been taking goodstate since 2018 and their prices and product cannot be beat. I was helped so much by this company and I can't recommend them enough.

UPDATE: For the 1 star people, I have dealt with Good State for many years. It has been my experience that the customer service ALWAYS delivers. They may take a while - I am thinking not a large staff - but, they have always been great with customer service. Please, be patient, please, keep the faith. Email every few weeks until there is resolution. They really are trustworthy, in my experience.

I am honestly not sure what people are complaining about.

I've been a customer for 5 years and Tyler has always helped me immediately as soon as I call them if there are any issues.

Horrible customer service. Tyler kept telling me to call back until I was outside the window to return one of the products.

I placed a big order. But I have a specific question about a supplement. It’s impossible to contact anybody. I send 3 emails. No response. The phone only plays music. No one answers.
It’s the worst customer experience I ever had eith a company.

I ordered liquid magnesium in Sept '23, great sale price. Didn't ship. Contacted them in November, no response. December I contacted my credit card company to open a dispute, aaaand "very coincidentally" directly after that it shipped. Would never deal with them again. It's on sale because they don't actually intend to send it unless you make them. I shop online widely and often, never had something like this happen.

I have ordered £60 worth of products and have been charged on my credit card but no sign of them being dispatched. Tried chat. No response. Tried email. No response. FB page is inactive. No other way of contacting except snail mail. If I do not receive a response in the next 24 hours, it will be the last time I use this company.

Good State products have been life changing for me. Easy on the stomach and noticable benefits to muscle cramps and joint pain. Customer service is spot on every time. Been purchasing from them for a few years and cannot speak highly enough.

Ordered first time - great products

Second time in March'23 zero communication of order progress (it's now August) and can't get a response. So the only conclusion is theft or sheer incompetence
