I Collected my Barbour Beacon Heritage Sports Jacket (or Bond Skyfall jacket as it now seems to be known!!) which I preordered mid November from Goodstead. Just wanted to thank Ian and all the Goodstead crew for a fantastic service. The store without doubt has the coolest stock and the most helpful and knowledgeable and helpful staff in Edinburgh if not the UK. Please shop with them. Thanks again Goodstead.

My order arrived very quickly and I was completely satisfied. Highly Recommended!
I ordered the Barbour Wool Sporting Dark Brown and a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor Jack Purcell Plaids. Both were offered at fantastic prices. I would not hesitate to order from Goodstead again.

Postal service lets you down
Ordered my item on the 3rd of jan and now the 10th. Paid for express post and still don't have item. DHL didn't even try to deliver until I contacted them to question my item. Told them I would pick it up tomorow as no one would be in and they tried to deliver today when I'd said not to. Hoping my purchase is good after all this!

Hi Jane,
Sorry to hear you had trouble getting your parcel from DHL. By looking at the tracking information you were emailed on the 3rd the package went out for delivery on the 4th as it should do. The courier obviously had trouble delivering the parcel for some reason and it was held at your local depot.
Unfortunately sometimes couriers have trouble delivering but we provide customers with full tracking information so they can locate the package if there are any issues. It's the best we can do.

Both instore and online,Goodstead offers fantastic customer service with a simple ordering facility online.
Don't change a winning formula.

I still hope, I'll receive my order
Making an order at Goodstead, I've chosen an option "delivery with DHL". Instead of that my parcel was sent with Royal Mail, which is at least three times longer and less convеnient than DHL.
As a result I still haven't received my order, I can't even track it, and I don't know whether I receive it all.
The communication with Goodstead personal also was not pleasant: they explained me that the reason they've chosen a shipping method for me is that parcels are often being stolen at DHL. Which is sounds very unconvincing. Especially in comparison with poor reputation of Russian Post - Royal Mail partner in my country.

It states on our website that we only use Royal Mail for Russian orders as DHL and other couriers often have problems with Russian Customs. We ship to Russia a lot and 99% of our customers agree that things go missing with DHL, even DHL tell us they have an issue getting things through Russian customs. We do not lie to our customers.

This was shipped out right away, love my purchase! The only thing was they didn't put my name on the package. Fortunately I work at a small company and they sent around an all-staff email and I figured it was for me, but at a bigger company that would have been a bummer.

I'm not quite sure how this happened as our shipping labels are created automatially from the details entered by the customer. I've reprinted your invoice and your name was on the label but I'll get someone to take a look to see why this happened on this occassion.
