Hardly anything to complain about. You order, you pay, you get it in time. Done deal.
Good images on the site, true color. Would definitely order there agian.
Minor thing is that my coat came in a plastic bag and not in a box. It could've ripped and damaged the coat, but it didn't. Still a box would've been better I think.

fantastic customer service and communication and highly reccomended.
the purchase was perfect, a pair of nike air max 1's. i couldnt exactly fault you for the communication, the price and the fantastic quick delivery. extra credit to the chap who rang me about the internet cock up which double ordered the trainers. within hours the problem had been resolved and by the next day i had the item. thanks goodstead, definetly highly reccomend.

Great product as always.
However I didnt receive an email to tell me the shoes had been dispatched. Goodstead offered a code for free shipping this month; and I selected next day delivery, but they arrived 5 days later. Maybe an admin error on the website and next day delivery shouldnt have been offered as part of the free delivery service.

Not next day delivery
In general the service was good. I ordered on Sunday night and expected delivery on Tuesday. No confirmation email was sent to inform that the item has been posted as stated. I called on Wednesday to check and was advised item was not posted until Tuesday. Item finally arrived on Friday afternoon. This was definitely not next day delivery as stated on website.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided. Having looked into this I can see that your order was send out on Monday as standard. I spoke to you on Wednesday and informed you that the item had been posted out on the correct day (Monday) but Royal Mail have misplaced the item and unfortunately this occasionally but rarely happens.
Apologies for the late arrival of the order.
price point was great and shipping was fast to the states

I was completely happy with the purchase and the time it took to get to me but when I pulled out the piece of card with the logo on it I thought it was a sticker and to my disappointment I could not put it on my mac.

Goodstead offered the best price available online. I selected next-day delivery which was very reasonably priced and my order was dispatched within the hour. It arrived the next-day and was well packaged. I recieved an email upon ordering and again once dispatched. I'd recommend these guys to anyone without hesitation!
