Staff are always polite, very helpful and friendly. I never feel rushed or pressured when shopping there even though the shop itself is very narrow. Great selection clothing and footwear.

Best outdoor shop
Yesterday I had a negative experience at mountain warehouse and this I visited this store today and both staff were very helpful. In fact customer service wise they above and beyond the standard practise. So full marks from me

Lovely welcoming staff very helpful yet allow time to browse in comfort. Have bought here before and alts call in when in Ayr. The staff are friendly and professional and always willing to help. The lovely lady in the Ayr shop.
The customer service was fantastic, the lady who looked after us in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent knowledge and incredibly helpful
I was looking for a pair of quality winter hiking boots. The range available was good and varied but thanks to the knowledge of the lady in the shop I found the perfect pair of boots. It took about 30 minutes trying and discussing the various options. It was so nice to be looked after by someone so helpful and knowledgeable. Very diffent from the previous shop. This is now my goto outdoor specialist.
