Friendly staff
Kyro was really friendly and helpful when I forgot my store card, my details had been entered incorrectly but Kyro made sure to take the time to let me know and amend this on the system to avoid any confusion in future. I only made a small purchase today but its really nice to see good customer service and I will be sure to return.

New waterproof at half the price
The zipper on my waterproof coat broke while in Birmingham for the weekend, leaving it useless. Ed and Esam were super helpful in finding me an exact replacement waterproof. I really valued their commitment at finding this for me in the stock room as at first look it didn’t turn up. Even better the waterproof was on sale at half the retail price. £40 is a great deal.

Helpful and Pleasant
I came in looking for a new set of walking trousers with a few specifics in mind. Ed was quick to greet me and very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained different ratings for the trousers which made sure I got the pair that fit what I needed the best.

Good customer service is not common these days but I was pleasantly surprised
I received excellent customer service from an assistant who was working downstairs. I have forgotten her name, maybe it was Louise or Sarah. It was Saturday afternoon around 4.20pm. I was looking for walking boots/shoes and she explained the black Friday offers and quickly got different shoes for me to try on. I didn't feel pushed into purchasing and she gave useful advice including let me try them on wearing thicker socks so I could make sure they fit. Good customer service is not common these days, so I was pleasantly surprised to meet someone knowledgeable, polite and friendly during what I'm sure was a busy Black Friday weekend.
The store feels a bit dated and dingy but the stock and assistants are great. I recommend signing up for a member card (£5 for a year) but you make up the money on just one purchase.
