Disappointing
Reserved to fleece tops to pick up from store. No eye contact from male assistant. He asked whether I needed a bag, which I didn’t. Made no attempt to fold the garments or hand the garments to me. When I got home realised there was a security tag in one top. Did not alarm when I left the shop. It now means I need to make a return trip to have the tag removed. Disappointing customer service.

Sarah was so helpful and friendly when I bought my walking boots and socks. I’m grateful she reminded me my Go Outdoors discount card had expired so I signed up straight away for a new one. Great shop

Friendly and efficient
Find Go Outdoors sell good equipment, most at reasonable prices. Been using them for five or six years for camping gear and don't regret an instance. They're very helpful, with no difficulties when I had to return goods.
Their Click and Collect service works fine - prompt service.
Been waiting more than a week for another company to get in touch about a gas cylinder- not even an email.

Visited Go Outdoors in Carlisle today with my daughter. Found the jacket she wanted for her birthday and the staff member who served us Gav was extremely helpful and efficient. Very impressed.
