Came in to the Cheltenham store last weekend and was served by the fantastic Barry, his sales patter was second to none and even persuaded my husband to buy me a lovely Noth Face jacket!!!! So charming and great guy

Non-chinese boots at a decent price
Found boots that I liked (that were NOT made in China!) and available on sale in my size. Barry at the till was helpful in making sure I had chosen the size right for my feet.

Excellent Service from Luke, both when I phoned to check they had what I wanted, the when I arrived to collect it, the goods were already for me and Luke immediately remembered my call.
The service was excellent from when I phoned to check they had what I wanted to when I then collected the goods. Luke checked they had the goods when I phoned and when I arrived they were all put ready for me. Luke even checked the nearest car park for me and gave me the postcode. Excellent service, thank you.

Helpful staff and good range of products
Dave at the Cheltenham store was very helpful advising us on rucksacks. He was very knowledgeable. They have a good range of products suitable for all budgets.

Luke was very helpful
Luke helped me choose my wetsuit, he was knowledgeable about what I needed, how it should fit and advised on the best equipment to buy with it. Great customer service and support.

Had to go to two stores
Went to the Gloucester store and it looked like it had been ransacked, called Cheltenham store and spoke to Luke, they said they had what I needed so I drove over, Luke helped me with the paddles I needed and helped with my questions, I’d go back just because of how helpful Luke was!

Great customer service!
We were served at the checkout by Luke, who was very helpful and answered all our questions and helped us set up a membership straight away which was done in minutes. We were also helped in store by another employee whose name we didn’t catch but was also very helpful!

Popped in for a pair of walking shoes…
Popped in for a pair of walking shoes and shorts. Staff on the shop floor were really helpful finding the sizes we wanted and offering advice on how the different brands fit slightly differently. Even explaining why Scarpa don't do a ladies size 6 as it falls between their euro 39 and 40 sizing, which was a great help. Luke on the till was friendly and helpful again. Thank you all.
