The staff here are wonderful
The staff here are wonderful. I was assisted by Charlie, who not only was a ray of sunshine, but helped me by maximising offers and passing on excellent, practical tips. Incredible deals also... you can get a lot of bang for your buck at Go Ourfoors Chester and it caters for every outdoor need. Definitely would reccomend. :)

What a pleasant surprise to find someone so knowledgeable about the products they sell. Simon went above and beyond to help me find the item I needed and was constantly being asked by other customers for advice. He was polite and approachable, all round five star customer service.

I ordered online and picked the item up the next day instore , plus with an added 10% discount . So easy to do online and the store is only 10 minutes away .

Amazing customer service!
The customer service provided by GoOutdoors staff Carl was amazing . He made sure the bikes I bought for my children are properly checked and safe to ride. It was a busy Sunday but we did not feel that we were rushed or cutting corners by Carl and in the same time was dealing quickly. Thank you Carl, we definitely be back for size up bike next ☺️

Store customer service
Visited Chester store as we had a problem with our tent. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. When we returned to pick up the replacement parts we spoke to Simon who gave us further advise about some tent products. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Overall fantastic service.
