Michael was absolutely brilliant
Michael was absolutely brilliant. I came into the store with little to no knowledge regarding boots, however left understanding how to treat leather, what to look for, as well as look out for in a boot, and how to find and achieve the perfect fit for maximum comfort and satisfaction. I wouldn’t have found the perfect boot had it not been for his knowledge and willingness to stay and help, and I have no doubt that he would have been just as helpful with any other enquiries around the store had we had any. So thanks Michael, we’ll be back again!

We were looking for some light weight walking boots at the Chesterfield store. Richard came to help us and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the different brands on show.
