I was very warmly welcomed by Viv as I entered the shop, and she immediately contacted other staff go help me look for the specific coat I needed. The staff took time with me and I was able to be sure of which coat I wanted to buy. I was then served by Viv to make the purchase and again, she was extremely helpful and warm

Our experience at the Go outdoors store at Cribbs causeway
We went to the store because we have been regular customers at the store and have always found the things we were looking for. Today we went into get some Wellington boots for me and also my grandson. We found what we were looking for at a reasonable price. We were able to use the blue light card to get a reduction in the price. Viv who was on the till was very pleasant and sociable welcoming us when we entered the store and when we paid for our purchase.

Great service in store from Honie…
Great service in store from Honie today. Huge selection of rucksacks and bag liners which is what I was after. Also offer Blue Light discount which is great.

The young lady I spoke to on the shop…
The young lady I spoke to on the shop floor was very knowledgeable. She explained the card system to me and knew exactly where in-store the items I wanted were. Honie at the till was very helpful. Both members of staff were friendly and helpful

Easy return of wrong size of shoes
I was returning the wrong size of shoes, all tags on and just told to get the right size and we will sort it out.

Pleased with purchase
Pleased with purchase, and pleasant service. But you may wish to check your pricing. Purchased a waterproof jacket and two belts. The two belts at PoS offered for £15. On checking receipt later noticed had been charged £7.65 each.

Helpful staff
When i arrived there wasn’t anyone on the shoe department, but the very helpful person on the till called Viv called someone. That person was also very helpful and informative.
Both members of staff were polite and cheerful.

Really lovely welcoming staff on our visit this morning on our way to Pen Y Fan, stopped off to get some walking poles, only renewed membership this morning and it wasnt registering we had done it on line but the lady at the till sorted that out for us, thank you for saving my knee and allowing us to purchase the walking poles.
