Easy enough to buy and pleased with product. However I didn’t receive an email to say it had arrived in store! and yes I checked junk mail! Happened to be passing the store so popped in to ask if it had arrived which it had!

Came into to buy a new walking jacket…
Came into to buy a new walking jacket and trousers. Well layed out store with so many amazing deals . Found plenty of staff members on the shop floor all willing to help . We spoke with some one called Mel. She was supper helpful and new her stuff. Left with loads more things but very happy . And again thanks mel for your time

Shocking online ordering experience.
First of all, I’m already a member with go outdoors but had to purchase another membership just to order online as my number wasn’t linked to my online account.
Ordered a ski jacket that said was in stock only to get an email saying I’m being refunded but with no explanation but was still being charged the delivery…….for getting nothing delivered!! Managed to sort a refund for that and got told on the phone that the jacket was no longer in stock that’s why I was refunded. Went back online to order a different one that said was in stock…….same thing happened!!
Must be an issue with updating the online system when stock is sold out.
Buying in store is great, no issues what so ever but ordering online is shocking.
Please update the online ordering process!

The Derby store is fantasticm we needed a couple of waterproof coats for hiking and the choice and price was great. When we got to the till we noticed they now accept clarna, we had never used it in store before only online. Layla couldnt have been more helpful or knowledgeable and took the time and had the patience to help and explain it. Thank you Layla

Disappointed yet again
As per usual go outdoors did not have all the items I needed, the fishing department in derby is very disappointing if I need anything I have to travel from derby to Loughborough!

We have found all your staff without exception to be helpful, patient, pleasant and knowledgeable and if they did not know much about a certain thing, they have gone to get or seek advice from someone else. Your prices are competitive, and reasonable levels of stock. One little issue, not enough staff on the floor, sometimes difficult to find someone who is not already busy helping people or has someone waiting for help. Thankyou Jon&Denise.
