Shannah was a great help!
I went in to buy some new women's hiking boots, armed with just a bit of knowledge. Shannah really helped me out by being patient and allowing me to try on every single boot! I didn't feel rushed or pressurised and I managed to get a little extra discount on the last pair available. I've always found the staff helpful and approachable here! Definitely recommend and nice to have a shop that's local and not super busy.

Great, exchanged a top, that wan not fsulty but I found too itchy to wear due to marino content, no quibble, made the process to easy and pleasant. Great store, very helpful and friendly staff always.

Great sale prices
Jane helped me get my Duke of Edinburgh leader discount at checkout. She was great to chat to and helped make my visit an enjoyable one. I brought on outdoor group here a couple of weeks ago when the weather was too bad to go out in. We spent a fun hour wandering around discussing kit and planning walks.
