I was served by Sam T a few weeks ago. He helped me get a pair of walking boots. Sam made me feel like he listened carefully to my needs and budget, and found me a pair that was great. He was very busy, going back and forward between customers but he remained courteous and calm. Ben Vorlich and Stuc aChroin achieved 💪

Amazing staff
The staff in this store are incredible. Whether it be advice on outdoor wear or collecting a parcel from the pick up point. They are always friendly and super helpful. Isla on the tills is always polite and chatty. Helen and Shannah ( I hope that’s the lady’s correct name) have always been brilliant on the collection point and with advice when Iv bought items from the store.

Brilliant customer service
I bought a bike here a few days ago. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Rain, the guy who prepared my bike, answered all my questions; he was very polite and helpful, and even assisted us in resolving an issue with another bike. Thank you. He definitely deserves recognition for his attitude towards customers.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great choice of products, prices good for Go outdoors Card holders. Online needs tweeted, online saying card expired when it wasn't. Checked in store and was told it was a glitch in New system. Was told although I had set up a Card in store I needed to Set up an online account!

Jane was very helpful. I called the store to see if they do Campingaz exchanges and she quickly said they do and checked that they had some in stock without me having to ask. I then went into the shop and she was on the checkout. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back
