Great customer service from Liam
Liam was really helpful when I popped in to browse for some items for my son's DofE expedition. He gave great advice and was really patient when I was trying to sort the discount that the DofE card gives you. He was friendly and approachable, and I ended up buying most of the stuff I needed at a decent price. I was pleasantly surprised by the range and prices at the store and would shop there again if I ever needed camping or outdoor equipment.

Amazon and Peru...
We were looking for some proper footwear for Peru and the Amazon. We met a lovely young man (Liam) Could not do enough to help in anyway he could. Very polite and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to talk to. I wish all retail staff were like this. A credit to Go Outdoors.
