Amazing customer service and great prices
My husband and I were at the shop in Fort William, Scotland. The two employees we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Agniesuka and Louisa were both so much fun to be around. They each helped us find what we were looking for as well as make suggestions. We did not plan to return so soon, but because of their great personalities as well as the prices and quality of the items, we are going to return tomorrow before we head home to Skye. Both of these ladies are very good at their jobs and such a pleasure to buy from. 🤞 we hope they are both there tomorrow! Thanks Ladies!! Y’all are the best! Hope to see you both.

Great shop; great experience!
Genuinely helpful staff - own brand products are a bit of a bargain compared to branded products. We spent two visits sorting out a question with some La Sportiva’s, which I eventually bought, and got at a discount because I found a pair cheaper at another store. Great range and a great shop.

Quality products and quality service at Fort William
Looking for a specific pair of walking boots and the brilliant member of staff located them, confirmed a price match was applicable and was superb throughout (her name was Robyn, Fort William outlet). As a long time walker I have never shopped at Go Outdoors before but will definitely use them again.
