Brilliant little shop
Extremely friendly staff. Always on hand to offer help and offer their expertise.
Hopefully the staff will get rewarded for their immense efforts by Go Outdoors. Possibly a slap up meal or two?

Nothing but good things to say- relatively small shop but a lot of stock. Went in for 1 thing and came out with 7, plus a big discount for being a National Trust member and being in a group with a Go Outdoors member. Thank you team!

It was a pleasure to deal with the assistant Sarah, she was so helpful and cheerful it made our visit a great experience and ensured we would return and pass on the ease and help provided by her. Even our dog Macey was impressed, lovely dog biscuits!!

A press stud had come off my Peter Storm coat, I took this back to the Hathersage store for an exchange. The staff were great, very friendly. Without hesitation a replacement was sorted.

Served mainly by Jon but all staff there very helpful. He offered practical advice and didn’t pressure me into making an incorrect expense purchase and made sure I had the right product and maximised my savings. Because of this I made additional purchases and will be back to sort my daughters new boots too. Thanks.

Good value on good quality.
For the 2nd year in a row, we have bought items at this shop whilst on a holiday weekend. On both occasions, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although the choice was a little limited, we found what we wanted and at a decent, competitive price.

Excellent service as always. Go Outdoors Hathersage is my go to for anything outdoors. Just bought camping chairs for son’s DoE volunteering group activity. Brilliant member discounts and DoE make it exceptionally good value, combined with great advice and friendly service. Pleasure to shop there, always leave very happy!
