Friendly Staff with a solid selection
My kids trashed thier cheapo "waterproof" boots from mountain warehouse in one trip out.
Although they didn't have stocked what I was looking for, Jon was especially helpful.
However from where I was stood it looks like good customer service and a friendly Proffesional attitude is a core part of the team as everyone I personally saw was just the same.
Keep it up, not all of this chain of stores get it right!

Great little shop
Great, friendly service from Sarah and Jon at gooutdoors express, Hathersage.
I popped in to get an emergency stove for a last minute camping trip and they had a good selection and were very helpful.
