Great shop in store

Lovely experience
I came to pick up a backpack for my commute. The shop was nice and tidy, and the staff - beyond helpful. Staff member Natalie showed me different options and helped to settle with the colour - even made sure to show me some options online, which were available for the delivery to the store.
I am very pleased with Natalie and the shop in general, will definitely be back for more!

Arrived very close to closing time looking for walking boots - Adam was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and worked within my price range to find me an extremely comfortable pair.

We were perusing the camping equipment and Gareth in store was on hand for really really helpful and useful advice. He wasn’t pushy about what we should buy but was really honest about what would work for us and what we may need. We opened an account and went camping that weekend with the necessary gear and what great service and a great weekend we had. Thanks Gareth
