Very helpful staff member
Husband and I came into find some hiking trainers, and was assisted by Kim who was friendly, very helpful, and gave some good advice, despite it being very busy.

Merrell walking boot
I went in for some walking shoes for the three peaks, i couldn't see anyone around for help so I asked someone and they sent Kim to help me. I told her what I wanted and she went through all my best options. They didn't have my first choice so she brought our a few pairs to try. Kim was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed, I opted for a boot in the end as it was like putting a paid of slippers on. Kiera served me at the till and was very friendly. Very positive experience as I'd no idea what I wanted and I got the help I needed.

We visited the store in huddersfield retail Park
When we were looking around the girl assistant was so helpful asking what we were looking for and when we checked out the girl on the till said my card had run out no problem sorted straight away excellent service

This shop can be a minefield when looking what to buy. I was fortunate to be helped by Mia who guided me on what to buy. She had a wide range of knowledge and made my life a lot easier.

I visited the Huddersfield store on the Retail Park today & was helped by Michael to choose a walking shoe. Michael was really helpful, and gave good advice on what to look for, as well as bringing me a few shoes to try on before I decided which to buy. Excellent service, recommended!

Excellent Store!
Excellent customer service from all staff, notably from Keira who guided us towards membership and saved us over £100 on products we needed for my daughter’s school trip. Will certainly be going again as they have literally everything you might need for going outdoors. Shop literally does what it says “on the tin”. Thank you Go Outdoors!
