GO Outdoors - Hull Avis 

Was looking for some help and advice Lewis was working restocking an area I asked for some help and he came across and helped me find what I was looking for he also gave me some advice on portable chiller/fridge he was very knowledgeable helpful and polite and gave us the advice we required so we could purchase a 25L portable fridge + toilet and flushing agent.
Very happy with our visit and purchases

Called in for a waterproof jacket, most were security linked together but Sam didn’t mind unlocking them for us whilst we tried different designs, really friendly and polite.

Eve was brilliant. She helped us choose some walking boots.
The staff at the tills were also very helpful with our price match query.
Very pleasant experience.

Matthew was amazing serving us today. Friendly and engaging with my two children and couldn't do enough to support is.

Today I was served by Adam at the Hull branch very good service and advised me about the walking shoes which are best for me on the walking I do.

Sam was extremely helpful, kind and patient.

The store had plenty of stock to choose from,very good prices, and happy with our purchases. Staff member Matthew who served us was professional, helpful and friendly.

Bought boots today in the Hull, Clough Road store and asked about Price Match. Staff were excellent, and after confirming my request was genuine, applied the Price Match with no issues. All with a smile! Lovely customer service as usual

We had a great experience in store today. We were served by Adam who was very patient with us as we tried on numerous pairs of trail shoes, all the while explaining the features and benefits of each. Back and forth he went in search of alternatives and sizes, yet nothing was too much trouble. The service was so good, we went back the next day to buy another pair 🤣

We missed out on an offer at the York store, we popped in here (at the Hull store) to get some other bits and pieces, we explained to the staff and they sorted it out for us, excellent customer care, thankyou Leah.

A massive thank you to Jack (lad with the long hair) for helping in our hour of need! Our air tent tube has broke (suspect fault from the Euro hike range) anyway, with no spares in stock, jack did all he could to assist. He rummaged through old stock and found us an inner that he believed to be suitable. As dead stock and unidentified he was able to give us this for free. Whilst not exact, it's worked! Thanks so much Jack, you went over and above

Very polite young man named Matthew, was super helpful with the items I needed to return due to no longer being required. I had not used them . He was very patient with me and in no time at all he was given the go ahead for my refund and everything was done. He was a very pleasant staff member. He has natural customer service skills .I came away with a good feeling for his retail journey.
I will hopefully see him again on my next visit . It's rare to find good staff so i am sure he will do very very well.

I can not commend this branch of Go Outdoors highly enough. The service I received was outstanding, Katie went over and above to locate a part desperately needed for my damaged Berghaus Air Shelter which wasn’t an easy task. I had contacted Berghaus directly who were not helpful at all, I purchased the shelter from Go Outdoors so thought it would be straightforward and just be able to purchase the part on line but that wasn’t possible. It took Katie 2 weeks to locate the part but like a trooper rang me as promised to say it was on her next order for me. I can not thank her and another young lady who took the original call (Lauren I think) enough. What an amazing team. Outstanding customer service
