Inverness store consistently has 3+ racks of men's trousers and only 1 of women's trousers. I am thoroughly fed up with this discrimination. I used to buy trousers from you but now, the range is small, I cannot find anything to fit. I need some long leg, high waist options, please.

. Ed was fantastic, he was so helpful and stayed with us for over an hour to offer advice on camping equipment. He listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we wanted and within our budget.5 star customer service.

Helpful Friendly Service
When looking and deciding on a new pair of multi activity shoes Kasia was there to help.
I simply asked for my size, which she went to check for, unfortunately the pair I'd chosen was not available, but she offered an alternative.
I was disappointed that they to wasn't available, at first.
While I was trying on another pair, Kasia came back to me with my size in the alternative she'd offered, she had made sure and checked to see if any were hiding in stock, they were, perfect 👌
She went the extra mile to make sure...

I bought ALOT of reduced fishing bait…
I bought ALOT of reduced fishing bait and was served by Kasia and Lisa who had to scan and reduce every item at the till.
They were both really helpful and super pleasant, nothing was too much trouble

Makala was very helpful, explaining offers to us and the special prices for members. We joined for £5 (per year):and saved much more on our purchases than we would have.
She found alternative items for us. We would use this store again if we were in the area.

Staff very helpful
The sales assistant Kasia was extremely helpful today. In fact each time we visit she has been most helpful.
Prices using our GO discount card and CCC card discount make this out first choice for outdoor equipment.

Giles saved us on our NC500 trip
Giles saved us on our NC500 trip. Our old tent called it a day after 4 nights in the Isle of Skye and wedecided to head back to Inverness to try and find a replacement.
Giles was kind enough to try and fix our issue and offered a replacement pole. We decided to go for a new tent instead, and with his knowledge and experience helped us pick out the right one for us.
Top man! We appreciate the help.
