Brilliant staff
Laura was brilliant when helping me choose my cooking stove and other purchases. She took a lot of time to assist me as did Dan. I was very grateful to both and I thought the staff were great.

Wanted rucksack. Lots of options to choose from. Yes, chose one as provided more padding across the shoulders than cheaper ones but very pleased overall in the choices available.

Fantastic customer service I received from the go outdoors ipswich branch Anglia retail park,
I returned a torch which was faulty and didn’t charge with a straightforward no quibble like for like exchange,
The original transaction was found using my go outdoors discount card as proof of purchase Katie and Jackie were incredibly helpful. The kind of customer service that would want to make you purchase again from go outdoors.
