A very pleasant experience with friendly staff!
The store was very clean and tidy! Lucy was very helpful when recommending walking boots and coats that would be appropriate for our needs and Kacey was very friendly and polite on the till :)

I went to the store recently to purchase some walking boots for my DofE expedition. I was struggling to find a good pair of shoes, and Mike was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoes. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, alongside providing great advice for the proper fitting of the shoes, and explaining the components of a good walking boot. Eventually I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you Mike!
