Staff very helpful and friendly
Staff very helpful and friendly. Told us about the offered and gave advice on merino wool items. I forgot to use my BLC until after the transaction but it was no trouble for Rachel to still give me my 10% discount. Excellent friendly service. Many thanks.

I went into the Leek branch to buy a new pair of trousers. Unfortunately they did not have my size in stock. When I spoke to Rachel (the store manager) she rang the Macclesfield branch, ascertained that they had a pair in my size and ensured they would hold them for me until I could collect them next week. I could not ask for a more polite, professional and satisfactory experience. Thank you

I love this shop
I love this shop, its my favourite shop in the town, staff are lovely its well set out, and always bargains to be found, I'm sure I have to many coats. I'm in Leek Staffordshire by the way.

Lovely Leek local Go Outdoors

A helpful store

Rachel helped me look for the perfect backpack for my travels and was very helpful and insightful, very friendly also, while Helen also made the effort to give advice on my my next trip and was happy to help also, it’s always nice when the service isn’t robotic and tedious like at other stores, I’d be sure to come back here

Small store but big on service
I needed to get to a store in order to assess garment size for the clothing I wanted - far less hassle than ordering online and then hoping it's going to be OK. Our local branch is Leek which is a small store. The staff are always friendly & helpful and, as usual, found exactly what I'd been looking for. Thank you, team!

Air mattresses
Needed two single air mattresses for visiting small children, so visited the Leek, Staffs branch. Exceptionally helpful and efficient sales assistant; very good product at very good price. Will use Co Outdoors again without hesitation.

Go Outdoors rescued our holiday!
Go Outdoors rescued our holiday! One of us needed walking boots and a kagoul...we had less than one hour till we had arranged to meet up with our crew. How lucky were we to be served by Shelagh who was knowledgeable, kind and not pushy! We were walking on air as we exited the store. Now having a great holiday in the peak district, very much helped by the great gear we bought.
