Dave who helped me pick out the tent was brilliant! Full credit to him for being so helpful and patient with someone who knows nothing about camping. Never made me feel silly with my questions and got me the best tent for my needs. Would defo come back here.

Exceptional service from Henry
Went in to buy a large rucksack for DofE. Very wide range of options but top marks go to Henry who was extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did he ensure that the rucksack fit properly and that we bought the right one, he gave us lots of tips and suggestions about the upcoming trip. All in all, he provided an excellent service.

Great service but AWFUL how hot it is in there for the workers
We were served by Meena and she was so pleasant and helpful, if I could give two reviews with one being 5* for her service I would but the shopping experience itself was awful with how unbelievably hot it was. I can’t understand how such a big company expects its employees to work in such a hot and stuffy environment. Props to her for still being so kind and friendly in such a suffocating environment.

Rendered Useless.
Purchased replacement air tube for berghaus air 6 tent, the box had been opened and the valve removed rendering the replacement tube useless, as was on site camping this was a very bad experience.
