Absolutely fantastic service!
I’ve been looking for a good set of walking boots for a long time but had been unsure on which pair would be best to look after my feet. As a physio, I find it difficult to find the right pair of shoes that fit my feet in a way that doesn’t hinder how they form.
Big shoutout to Alex, very knowledgeable, very friendly and SUPER helpful. Made my purchase easy, informative and left me feeling confident that I’d found the right set of boots for me. Thank you again Alex!

Ellie was really helpfull today BUT
Ellie was really helpfull today ,sorting my discounts out and renewing my membership Archie was busy on his phone and did not notice me stood there waiting to see if the shoes I had chosen were in my size. I had to move closer to get his attention he then just dashed off giving me the impression I had inconvenienced him whilst on his phone.

With an in depth knowledgebase on all your amazing products and even giving time to provide additional support with some tricky laces. Very calm and patient whilst building up good customer rapport. Alex was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He first told me which type of shoe would be suitable for the walking I was going to do and measured my foot shape. He then guided me on the correct brands and style and gave me opportunity to try the shoes for a while. Excellent service and very kind.

Today we met Sheila, a lovely lady. She was very sociable and very efficient and helped us locate the "fitting room". She informed us of the benefits of becoming a member and after trying on trousers, she directed us to the relevant area where payment for the goods was to be made.
