Great help at checkout by Laura. No issue using membership card unlike online. Account not recognised on line since the website upgrade there not able to access members discount, no problem in store.

In store collection, very helpful staff (Rosie)
Used the Collection Point to pick up some trainers. Rosie was incredibly helpful and helped us when one of the items marked as 'arrived' hadn't yet reached the store. She was cheerful and professional - we really appreciated her help!

Samuel was very helpful
Samuel was very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me some good advice on the different types of walking shoes. I have used the Merrell gortex shoes I purchased in rainy weather in the Lake District and they have been great with no wet feet on any outing! Thank you!

As always excellent customer service (on this occasion from Laura). Where else do you go to shop and they actively encourage you to save money. This is one of the many reasons I love shopping here (the other is because it is like an Aladdin's Cave for big kids).
