GO Outdoors - Oxford Avis 

Came into the Oxford store to return part of an online order. Liam was friendly, polite and efficient in spite of the store being very busy this afternoon due to its imminent closure. I am very sorry to hear that the Oxford branch is about to close as so useful for all sorts of things for camping, scouts or Duke of Edinburgh activities. I hope you will be able to reopen a branch in Oxford soon.

The staff are always very friendly and help you to find whatever you need while getting you the best price. I've gone a few times and it's always been a pleasant experience.

It's such a shame that they are closing the Oxford store. The building has been on the point of collapse for years but they have always been our go to store for camping equipment and outdoor gear - really helpful staff, good stock and everything you need for camping under one (leaky) roof. Please reopen a store in Oxford as soon as you can!

Whenever I go to the shop there is someone in hand to help if needed. Today Flin and colleagues were their usual chatty and helpful despite the circumstances.
There is a range of brand and products that other shops in Oxford don't offer. Though there might be online options nothing compares to being able to handle the products before buying. How many times I did a last minute shop prior to camping or a hiking expedition. Also a big number of Explorers scouts have worked in the Oxford shop. Loosing this shop is the end of an era.

Go outdoor is always my number choice for camping goods. Visited today and is really sad to see it goes. Go outdoors please reopen in Oxford soon, will be hugely disappointed if an hr drive is needed for the next closest. Staffs service is amazing today. Nice and polite, while being extremely helpful.

Tomas is always so helpful. He’s my go to! He helped me with finding all the bits I needed for my snow camping trip and a couple that I had forgotten!

This Oxford shop will be sadly missed - let's hope it can open again as soon as possible. Great service with excellent staff. Fantastic range of items in store and brilliant to be able to go in store and actually see and try on items before buying.
