I was collecting an online order which had been ready within an hour. Mirelle at the cash desk was very friendly and efficient, renewed my GoOutdoors card and accepted my YHA membership without my having proof with me. Thankyou. I will doubly enjoy my Dryrobe!

Lovely store and team
Great support from the team on Sunday afternoon — knowledgeable and supportive. It was my first visit to the store and layout is a little daunting at first. We quickly learned how to navigate it though and there were plenty of staff members looking for opportunities to help.

Campervan adventures

Exchange of leaky walking boots
I bought a pair of Merrill walking boots at the end of last year in Go Outdoors that split at the soles and making both my feet wet. I asked if I could exchange them and I was helped by Louis and Lucy who were both very cheerful in the face of the till not making this job very easy for them plus the fact I should have cleaned the boots prior to returning them to the shop! They were very kind and helped me to quickly find a replacement. Excellent service from Go Outdoors and especially from Louis and Lucy. Thank you very much 😊
