It was an absolute pleasure buying some new shoes today, I would like to mention Corrine, she went above and beyond, thank you.

Customer service was really good the sales assistant who served me was polite friendly and extremely helpful.Her name was Alex

I visited this store on 29/5/26 in a desperate search to replace a section of tent pole that had previously snapped. All all of the poles on the shop floor were either the incorrect thickness or length and I was trying to outweigh my options for an upcoming (next day) camping trip.
Enter Danny. After discussing my concerns, he vanished into the back for a short, and returned whist announcing 'I just remembered, we have these', only the EXACT pole sections I was looking for.
Danny is a super hero, and had he not found a solution for me, we wouldn't have then spent another £119.80 instore.
Also an honourable mention to Luke on the till. My membership card had run out, so I renewed it, not realising that I needed the physical card for the discount, but Luke sorted me out and I got everything for an excellent price.
Thanks lads, I had the best time in the Peaks celebrating my birthday...it wouldn't have been possible without he both of you.

I enjoy going to Peterborough GoOutdoors. The equipment is great and the staff very helpful. I should like to mention Jackie who helped me spend more than I intended on a great pair of Keen hiking sandals.

Phoned up to check stock of Berghaus air 400 to see if they had any left. Megan who answered the phone said they had two left, also checked to see they had the footprint and carpet. Which they did. She kept for me till I made the 100 mile round trip from norfolk to collect. Great service very happy positive staff unlike a local store to me.

Hello I visited the Peterbrough store today to exchange my damaged hiking boots, unfortunately the store did not have the size I required,

Fortunately i had asked staff member Shannon for help with tracking down the exact pair I needed from any other store and with a search on her ipad revelled several and with 1 phonecall Shannon had reserved the only pair for me at a closest store, soall I had todo was collect,

A sterling service with a smile also with some guidance for other brands of lightweight footwear,

Very much appreciated help and I now have the replacement boots in my possession,
