I found new shop in Scarborough
I found new shop in Scarborough, they were very helpful and the fact I had to renew my account they helped me do that also as I had not been advised about this. The staff were great and very helpful.

Excellent customer service
David was so helpful and friendly when I called in a few days ago to try on walking boots. I left with a pair of great-fitting North Ridge boots. Sam also provided great service at the counter, making sure we didn’t forget to use our military discount. Excellent customer service from both.

Great service, products and prices
Me and my husband were after a pair of walking sandals each, and called in on spec whilst in Scarborough. Evie was brilliant 👏 We both have problems finding well-fitting walking shoes (I have large wide feet for a woman, and my husband has a bunion to accommodate) so we both tried on various sizes. Evie was very friendly, helpful knowledgeable and patient. We bought 2 pairs of Merrills. Great service! The chap on the till was lovely too - efficient and courteous, and sorted us out with a new card and voucher for next time 👍👏

I am so pleased with my ladies Peter Storm walking boots! I was served by Syrona, who helped me to save a lot on the purchase, as I was signed up for the membership card. The shop looked inviting, well stocked, with welcoming and helpful staff. Thanks very much, and I will be shopping there again.
