Great service in the Southport store today. All staff lovely. Rory was so helpful, friendly and informative. I purchased walking shoes along with trekking poles and other bits and pieces. Rory gave me time and offered a selection for my needs. I came away happy with all my purchases. I will be going back. Great team!

Great customer service from Lorna, our camping stools beeped on the way out so we came back in. T shirts we’d purchased were removed from bag while checking for tags. Didn’t realise we then left them behind, Lorna tried the car park and then got hold of us by phone to let us know. Really kind of her. Thank you 🤩

Helpful staff
There was a wide selection of products. The store is well organised with clear signage and labelling. Ben and Lorna were very helpful in assisting me to buy what I wanted.

New winter coat and work shoes
Had a great experience today with Meg and Will who helped me pick out a new winter coat and pair of shoes for work. She was very informative about what sort of coat material I should be getting for warmth and water resistance. Sam who I met at the checkouts was also brilliant and friendly. Will be back again soon :).

We visited the store to buy a Rab coat…
We visited the store to buy a Rab coat for my son. Ben was great, gave us great advice on the coat, sizing etc and let my son try on a couple of sizes to get the feel for the coat. Nothing was too much trouble! He also made sure my son had everything else he needed for his trip away and we also purchased a hat and gloves too!
