Thank you Lilly for been so professional with your approach. You waited discretely for me to choose the boots I was interested in , no hard sell tactics, which is always welcome . Walked in looking like a little lost lamb but thankfully Jonathan and Alex scooped me up and gave me the best advice and customer service. Despite this not being my most local store to where I live, id still make the journey to see this team! Thanks for you help folks! Next stop, south west coast path!

It’s rare I’ll go out of my way to leave a review but Harry A was exceptional today! He answered the questions I had, made good jokes with my friends and I and despite it being less than an hour until close, put effort in at a level that was more than just being at work - top guy!

Walking shoes and a few bits

Found everything I needed on today's visit. Had a good selection of walking boots and in my budget. Service was good, staff knowledge and recommendations from Johnathan helped make choice easier.

Never disappointed with customer care…
I was purchasing a pair of sandles and Jonathan was extremely helpful. It seems that nothing is too much trouble. To have a store that allows dogs makes all the difference and I really appreciate Go outdoors policy with this. Without this facility it would prove almost impossible for me to physically go into a store.

Alex was fabulous professional and made us feel welcome. I do love this store. All the staff are always super helpful and lovely. A wonderful lady also helped me in the ladies clothing dept today and she was above and beyond helpful.

Connor was wonderfully helpful, polite and efficient, we lost our car key and he was immediately helpful and found it for us when we had given up looking and left to get a new key.

Extremely happy with the help given.
I phoned to enquire if a product was in stock as I didn't want to travel over if it wasn't. Alex was very helpful, unfortunately it was not in stock so he offered me an alternative which was more expensive, I didn't really want to pay more so I asked for discount, and he was very obliging. He also helped with renewing my membership.
