Honestly the worst click and collect experience EVER!
Avoid using the Tottenham Court Road collection site, The customer service by staff is atrocious. You feel like a burden with staff telling you the opposite to what is printed on your purchase in regards to notification prior to collection. Such a shame once bitten twice shy is the saying. I would advise going into a store rather than Click and collect.
If I could I would have given no stars.

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. In particular the manager, Tiffany. I bought a decent puffer jacket earlier this year. Unfortunately it ripped not long after buying it. The manager was able on this occasion to replace with a new one. No hassle and complete understanding. On top of that, Tiffany explained the whole process thoroughly and in a friendly and professional manner. I will always get my climbing/outdoor clothing now from theses guys. Fantastic service.

We bought around 20 plus OEX jackets in November 2025 from the Tottenham Court Branch and the staff was attentive and very supportive with our request and very helpful as we made the decision over few days. I’m grateful to Tiffany who supported and completed our order and gave us a 5 star service. The jackets were a great hit and everyone surely enjoying them.

When myself and husband visited the shop we found Tahmid and Priyam very helpful indeed especially Tahmid who was very knowledgeable about all the products and your other branches and we would recommend this shop to friends.
