Really helpful staff and overall good experience
Really helpful team member called Mel assisted me with buying new walking boots for my kids. She listened to our needs and engaged with us (a rarity these days!) and then the team members at the till were just as nice. Great customer service all round and a pleasant shopping experience. Will definitely return!

My order took about 10 day to be…
My order took about 10 day to be delivered to my local store.
I that time I did not receive and correspondence from gooutdoors, I checked on the website to see my order would be delivered 16th September, I had an email from gooutdoors on the 19th September with a refund after a long telephone call with customer services I was still no althea wiser what was going on, I contacted the store to be advised the system had said to send back, luckily they still had them in store, I collected today 20th

We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready. The order was therefore cancelled and refunded when it was not collected within the expected timeframe. Excellent service and competitive pricing
My wife and I were after walking boots and walking shoes. Mel was very helpful and gave good advice, and we were very pleased with our purchases, which were at good competitive prices.

Helpful staff
I ordered a tent for collection later that day from the store. I hadn't received notification it was ready but popped in anyway as I was passing the store. The same tent was available off the shelf but at a higher price. I showed the assistant my email and how much I'd paid so she went and sorted it for me so I could just take it there and then.
