I just wanted to say a huge thank you…
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to TomEden who works in the bike department of the York store. He went above and beyond when I came into buy a bike for my son (including injuring himself putting it together!).
I have been very impressed with the personal service provided by gooutdoors, from the phone call I had withyour customer service team on Friday evening to reserve the bike in the York store, to Tom who put the bike together and talked me through it on Saturday afternoon. Thank you!!
