Gottex Avis 

I recently bought two Gottex swimsuits online and had them delivered to France. Unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. I didn't like the fabric or the cut, and neither swimsuit fit me well.
I paid €98.20 for the two swimsuits, but when I requested a return, I was told I would only be refunded €79.20. A deduction of almost €19 for returning two unworn items is completely unreasonable and, in my opinion, unacceptable.
I have shopped online for years with many different brands, and I have never experienced such a poor return policy. Customers should know the real cost of returning an item before placing an order.
As a result of this experience, Gottex has lost a customer. I will NEVER purchase from this brand again, and obiously I cannot recommend it to others.

Do not buy from this company. They use different company names. You buy from one company and the item arrives from another. This “Gottex” is not the famous brand it once was. They say you can return your item (mine was a swimsuit that did not fit) but you then discover you have to send it at your own expense to an address in China. My tracked return arrived in China but is still waiting for some reason to be cleared at Customs. You can email the company (suddenly you’re writing to a company called Amara) and AI will respond but nobody seems able to resolve problems with Customs. UPDATE: And now my returned package (which cost me over £12 to post) has been returned to me from China. Seems it never got past Customs, maybe because the delivery address provided to me does not exist? The company handling the order is actually called Amara London.

Just on a need to know basis if you return Gottex swimwear because it doesn’t suit your shape and wish to return the item, you will be charged £20 as they only use DHL!!

Contrary their shipping terms and conditions there is a custom fee within the EU.
