The butter yellow ceramic set brightens my whole kitchen. Beyond the color though it genuinely cooks beautifully. I barely use oil now and everything wipes clean with almost no effort.

I bought this set when we downsized and needed something compact. It fits perfectly into one cabinet corner and nothing rubs against each other. Space saving but still stylish which i love.

Useless and liars

For weeks I was asking for my frying pan to be exchanged as it had a long crack in it . The answer was always the same you are out of yr 28 days guaranteed. But it’s faulty! Still no . I came on here to give a negative review only to be contacted by the company to ask if I would take the review down. I said not a hope in hell! But Give me a new frying pan and I will happily do so , they said they would but have I received my new frying pan, NOPE!
Their customer service is actually shocking. I think when I got mine it was a bad batch as people were saying the same as me . I get that nothing’s perfect but admit to it and send our a new frying
pan!

I like how lightweight it feels but still sturdy. Doesn’t feel flimsy at all. Easy to handle even when full.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish! Peeling inside pan. Discolouring outside. Handle is broken. All after less than 3 months use. You can’t test quality of durability from a 30 day warranty which should be a warning! I think KMart and Ikea provide better returns for cheaper purchases. Disappointment is an understatement!

I’m very bought the bakeware set and so far things are good although not used all of them yet I bought the saucepan set as well and I think they are brilliant and very adaptable two handles have stuck on my saucepans which I was sent a gift token for to get them replaced

Product handle melted first time using…

Product handle melted first time using it and the pans stained first time using it. Not a great product. Then I tried to get a refund within the first 30 days and they gave me a heck of a time. 20+ emails back and forth and they almost didn't give me the refund, but they finally did. DONT BUY THIS

Terrible warranty and terrible customer service.

The warranty on these pots and pans are complete and utter ridiculousness. If you go past the 30 days and something goes wrong with your cookware, then it doesn’t matter. I sent in pictures and explanations, very detailed, might I add. Not good enough. If the cookware scratches and it’s not supposed to, that should be under some kind of warranty. However, the company is pretty slick and only gives you 30 days. Half to 30 days then you’re on your own.

I hadn’t had my cookware that long and it already looks old. One pot actually has scratches in it and we use only the rubber spatulas and utensils that we bought from your company.

Stained my white induction hob

Stained my white induction hob, and smells awful whatever it is that’s burned off the bottom. The handles stopped working properly after less than a week and some of pans only work intermittently on the induction, often says no pan recognised
