My first time using this service. Was really unsure. I purchased a theme and tried uploading the provided zip to my site. WP told me a file was missing from the zip and failed the upload. I contacted support and they told me to unzip the provided file, that my theme zip was inside their zip. As I know themes come as zip files, it had not occurred to me there was more in the provided zip and that I needed to upzip first. Support response was timely. Theme is working well.

Good and legit products. Super friendly and helpful support, I encountered some activation problems and contacted support on live chat. Solved within 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

All worked fine, support responded in few minutes to my questions which does not happen often on other sites - that's a big +.
Wide range of plugins that are not available on other sites.
Also the monthly packages are really cheap. 6 month for 36 usd is a good price.

I have purchased the Zante WordPress Theme from this site and found that this site might be fake or has bugs.

I have been trying to make purchase the theme from this site from last 2 days. During the first day it deducted my money and did not gave me any access to the website.

Then after contacting paypal in 48 hours my money was refunded back. Now I have made the payment again and purchased the theme and it is showing me error 404 Not Found + I have noticed that I paid for zante theme but download button I am getting of Sense - Responsive Ecommerce Theme and that too not working.

Firstly they asked me to remove the review and responded me saying "if you want us to help you... you remove the comment, and ask us to fix the link"

I responded back saying "I have already paid and this is the second time I am facing the issue with your website. Fix the issue and I will remove the comment."

Then after few hours they responded me saying that there is a problem with the file and its not longer available with us and told that they will proceed with the refund, which I will actually get into my account in approx up to 30 days.

I had such a bad experience with this site which is advertising product which they don't even have in reality just to attract customers and loot their money.

Good service and products, recommended to all how want WP plugins and theme.

Even after paying, I did not get access to download the plugin.

The order ID is #17963

It is showing 404 error when I try to download. Amount paid $4.50

Sold nulled software, did not work

EDIT: In response to their sarcastic claim, Let me 're-educate you about your OWN claims:

In your FAQ section, under the question 'Are these genuine products?', you state this:

"Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic. If we feature a product on our website, then we have an active subscription to that product’s author(s). We download from the product from them and redistribute to you. These downloads are not altered in any way."

So go 'educate' yourself...nulled software is NOT genuine, it's altered!!!!

Got the theme at affordable price. The theme was clean and latest. Thanks GPL monster.

I've purchased a theme. Product delivery was instant. The support helped me with the install, the product wasn't working properly, so they helped me and revised it for me. Now it seems to be woking fine.
