First off, the response from administration when ever I contact them. It's like they don't sleep, I mean I have contacted them on a good few occasions, and it's like the reply was almost instant every time. And that's not even the best bit. O.M.G. I feel like I have stumbled on web designers heaven here man, I can't get my head around the amount of themes and plugins that I can download for damn near virtually free. An example, for the last two years I have gone with the free version of a plugin. Since I found these guys, I have pro and I can install it on as many websites as I wish. And that was just with one pluging. I get 10 credits a day every day per month for just $16, actually $12 with their 25% off offer. And the beauty of it is that I don't even have to get caught with a monthly subscription. I can cancel keep my downloads and whenever they need an update, well just pay the $16 and update everything. Then I have another month of 10 free downloads per day. And let me tell you, I have had very little to no issues when it came to downloading and installing the themes or plugins. And whatever I did have an issue with, which was just once or twice out of loads of downloads. These guys just gave me some copy and paste key to get everything back to normal again. Let me tell you this, I couldn't have dreamed up a place like GPL Monster. And even if I did dream up something like it, I still wouldn't have been able to come up with all what these guys offer. Im still pinching myself since I found this place. Thank you so much gplmonster for bringing offers to me that I just never would have been able to afford without you. Keep up the amazing work that you do. And I do mean amazing.

Excellent customer service, and amazing plugins!

Great support by team, Pur hasing plugin and theme is very easy even they guide you if you stuck in any installation process. I got pro version in very good price.

Whoever does the customer service for this company is such a troll!! Buyer beware. They falsely advertise a product and then direct you to the page to purchase and once you do get a membership they don't have the product.
They gave me the run-around for weeks trying to get a refund from them, telling me it was not business hours and when I finally got up at 4am to get my refund they won't give it to me! Now I have to report the fraudulent action to my bank... what a waste of time!

I have had an account with GPL for over 2 years now and then started to be unable to login to their site... I contacted support and they quickly addressed and resolved my issue.

scammers, stay away because after paying they send you very old version plugins that don't work.

I update after your response from noble customer support: whether my review is from a sick person or not this does not authorize you to cancel my account for a product that I have regularly paid for just because I complained to customer support. It was you who canceled my account and I was left with no money and no access to the product. Buffoons

GPL Monster has the best customer support since I have purchase theme where it's not working well and I ask to what to do with my payment and they come up with a solution where I can exchange it for anything I need, so even after 4month later I contact them and ask for that, What a surprise, they have exchange with a new plugin what I requested with in few minuets.
