Restaurant didn't receive order initially. Had to reboot their computer before it would come through. What should have taken 5 mins took almost a half hour.

Food came cold and dry. Dosa was missing stew/sauce that goes on top. Delivery person wanted to hand deliver even though I had COVID and wanted contactless.

When I got to the restaurant
When I got to the restaurant, they were not aware of my order. I then had to wait another 20 min to get my food. They said grabull had not sent the order over to them.
Food was excellent. I suggest calling the restaurant directly to order.

Annoying things
North house orders still do not save my address so I have to type it everytime. Nor does it trigger by auto fill.
Why do I have to click a link a day later saying I have received the food order from the night before?

The restaurant did not read the notes…
The restaurant did not read the notes for the order specifically stating that half the pizza was to have black olives and mushrooms and the other half garlic. Instead the toppings covered the entire pizza and was not edible to one of the persons who it was meant for. Please read the notes next time if your not going to offer the ability to specify the details.

Almost perfect!
The food was hot, fresh, tasted great and was ready on time. We didn’t receive the salsa and the container leaked so there was greasy liquid all over the bag and container.
