I would 100% recommend GRB! Emily Price was so lovely and really helped me through my application process. She made sure that I was fully prepared before the assessment centre and even looked at drafts of my presentation. After the AC she checked in to see how it went, and when she told me I’d received an offer she seemed genuinely excited and happy for me. She really did make the experience so much easier for me. I had a great experience working with the GRB! After almost a year of struggling to find a graduate role upon finishing my masters, I sent my CV over to GRB. Almost straight away I began receiving information on job roles catered to graduates that filled the brief I had given GRB - after a year of searching job sites, that overwhelmingly posted jobs requiring more experience than I had, this was a great help. I was given support throughout the whole process from job applications, to interview prep. Pretty soon into my time with GRB, I finally landed a job offer! After applying for a job, withing 30mins I received a call from James, who provided a bit more details about the job and asked for some information about myself. Throughout the interview process, James would give great advice for preparation and would send insightful emails on what I can expect, which was crucial for my preparation. Overall the support provide was faultless and helped me secure the job in the end.
