Great Plates Avis

User Friendly Website To Input Your Preference Regarding Your Plates,
Very Fair Pricing Structure, Great Communication And Fast Delivery, Excellent Quality Plates, Really Pleased Guys, Look Forward To Trading With You Again.

Perfect from start to finish. Asked for some special extras which were no trouble or charge.
The website is saved for future use.
The only suggestion I will make is the cost of the sticky pads should be included with the plate cost (increased if needed).
Thanks again Luke,
Tom Lane (a satisfied customer).

Ordered front and rear plates from these people, both plates had registration number in BROWN not black and the border on one plate was also BROWN, I contacted them by email only to be told that they had tried to ring me but after I checked my phone records I had not had a missed call from them at all . So I emailed back and told them they had not tried to ring me and they stated they must have had a bad signal 😂😂😂 they have since emailed and offered me more plates at a discounted rate , I REALLY DONT THINK SO, I work hard for my money where as they clearly do not. Avoid these amateurs if I were you.

Great communication and perfect, as ordered product. The price was excellent too when compared to competitors. On top of that delivery was super fast. Completed my online order at around 10am Thursday, Plates arrived the following day.
Fantastic all round. 5 stars all day long ☆☆☆☆☆

What can I say. Great Plates has been one of the best companies I've ordered from. Their website was so easy to use, they offer fanatic customisation options, and their pricing is spot on. Their customer service is also excellent. After I made an error on my order I contacted them for assistance. The customer service team were very quick to respond, reassuring me they'd got it in hand. My order was manufactured, dispatched and delivered quickly with the error I'd made corrected. I'm so happy with the plates I will definitely be ordering from Great Plates again. Thank you guys 👌

I had lipped plates made as I wanted legal plates with a slogan. First set was wrong but replaced immediately with correct plate, don't understand the comment about packaging, very sturdy. Really fast response to all communications. First class service will defiantly use again.

Disgraceful service !! AVOID !! SENDS PLATES OUT IN WAFER THIN ENVELOPES AND WONT DO ANYTHING IF DAMAHED. AFTER 1 SET BEING DAMAGED SELLER SENDS MY 2ND ORDER IN THE SAME WAY. The BORDER WAS WAY OFF AND NOW THEY ARE IGNORING ME. Going to have to contact my bank for a refund. AVOID !! DISGRACEFUL SELLER !!
Quality of plates are very poor with loads of imperfections
Also paid on a Sunday for a 2 day delivery, plates arrived friday

The build plate process was simplicity itself and assistance from the office was very prompt and spot-on.

And the plates, delivered in just couple of days, exceeding all expectations. This ois the second time i have used them and just consistently a great seller

On the 7th of May, I ordered front and back number plates and paid for the fastest delivery option (1–2 days, they said), as I urgently needed the plates.
I only received the back plate, with a delivery delay until the 12th of May.
I wrote an email, giving them an opportunity to explain, when nothing happened I asked for refund. After that I received a couple of emails in which a guy named Luke tried to convince me that the missing plate had been in the parcel and slipped away when I opened it. So I didn't get any refund nor I didn't receive my front plate.
So, please, never ever order plates from them! If you get your plates - you're lucky, if not - you'll face unacceptable level of "customer support".

It was so easy to design and order the plates i wanted 12x6 for an American mustang.
Tim and the staff kept in touch regarding dispatch etc.
Thank you Great Plates.

I ordered a few sets, with one set being a special show plate bespoke order.
The company sent me a proof of the layout, which was exactly what I wanted, and the actual plates were exactly as seen in the proof.
Good quality, fair price, superb communication, fast delivery.
Thoroughly recommended.

It was great to have the plates made so quickly, perfectly and delivered to a place from where they could be easily colleted. All for a reasonable price. Jersey fortunate to have this bespoke service.

Bought a set of black vintage plates. Very disappointed in the poor quality. They black is badly done almost see through in patches and you can see shadows of other numbers when The light hits them. Contacted company but no response. Contacted again after response on here but no answer. Contact received after 3rd attempt and plates replaced with better quality ones.

Got some be-spoke plates made with this company. Great experience from start to finish and very reasonable on price compared to other places, great quality and fast shipping. Luke, the Great Plates representative I liaised with, was excellent...Cheers

Website was easy to navigate, Fantastic communication right from the point of order Extremely helpful customising my plates with emailed proofs to approve.
Definitely my go to for future orders.

I’ve used this company for years, they always make nice neat plates that look great. The delivery service is good and quick too. If I ever need plates for a vehicle the6 are my first port of call.
