I needed someone to do a short notice end of tenancy clean and from the start Kim was very helpful. The price was increased once the team were on site as some extra work required but the landlord was delighted with the end result - which was the aim of the exercise. I can only speak as I find and they provided an excellent service

I had unfortunately trusted them with my end of tenancy clean. I was charged 225£, for the cleaning which was poor quality as deemed by the inventory checkout team. I was charged 250£ extra by my agency for another End of tenancy clean carried out by them. Green cleaning service was also not reachable once you have made the payment. I had to make several calls and send multiple emails to get my End of tenancy receipt for my agents. I have emailed them again with photos of the questionable cleaning areas and haven’t heard anything back from them. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

Absolutely delighted with the job Eco Greenclean did for an incoming tenant. They worked so hard and everything was sparkling when they had finished. Appliances were spotless and the carpets thoroughly shampooed.

Very easy to book and responsive, unlike other end-of-tenancy companies I reached out to. The crew were friendly and professional, and left my rented apartment in absolute sparkling condition. I was thrilled by the meticulous cleaning they did – the place looked better than it did when I had moved in 3 years ago!

Communication before the clean was good and the the actual clean was very deep, but there was no contact about an invoice (that we were promised) afterwards, and we never got one. This company clearly doesn't want to pay their tax.

The clean itself was fine, but they tried to reschedule it to 3 hours later on the morning of the appointment.

They then showed up almost 1 hour late for the new appointment. Really terrible lack of professionalism. Messed up my whole day. Would recommend avoiding.

Please be aware this is possibly a scam company!!!There is no company address, only phone numbers and a website, and when I click on their Facebook'link, it takes me to a company based in the US!!! Unfortunately I became aware of this only after booking their service. It was an end of tenancy cleaning for a one bedroom flat. It was booked for the 2nd of August in the morning. Nobody turned out! So I called them and a lady offered to book for another day, without an apology. Since it was urgent and they had promised me to do it on that date, I insisted to have it done the same day. It was booked for 2.00pm but again! nobody turned up. I called the lady who said the guy was only 15 minues away. By 3.30 pm nobody had turned up, so I called but there was no answer to any of the 3 company' numbers. Since I had a work meeting I had to leave the flat's keys to my neighbour, who said a guy arrived around 5.00pm. He left only 45 minutes later.
None of the cleaning promised took place, (windows, kitchen, bathroom..... ) so I wrote a complaint email and I was offered £ 25.00 discount on ....my next booking. (Really?!?) I wrote back that I was NEVER to book their service again and that I would ensure other potential customers would be made aware of their horrible service. It's only when I tried to leave a review on their website that I realised they do not allow you to do so and that their Facebook' link is a fake one!!! This is why I decided to add them on this website to save other people from wasting time money and energy with them.
Please STAY AWAY FROM GREEN CLEANING SERVICES CO.UK !!!!!
