Disappointing Work and Poor Aftercare ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately, my experience with Green Earth Gardens was very disappointing.
The work initially appeared satisfactory, but problems became apparent afterwards and, for me, the real disappointment was how those issues were handled.
I gave the company the opportunity to put matters right, but instead of feeling that my concerns were being properly acknowledged and dealt with, I felt there was far too much focus on challenging my complaint and the review I had left.
What concerned me most was receiving a message offering to return and rectify the issues on the condition that I amended my review. In my opinion, putting a condition like that on correcting disputed work is not the right way to deal with an unhappy customer.
I would have much preferred the issues to have simply been addressed professionally and allowed the final outcome to speak for itself. Had that happened, I would have been more than happy to update my review accordingly.
Sadly, based on both the problems with the work and the way my complaint was subsequently handled, I cannot recommend Green Earth Gardens from my experience.
Laurels planted on 29th May are now all dead.
Company was paid in full in advance.
